Kokura Tower

Project Description: 28-storey residential tower in Kita-Kyushu with 147 apartments sitting beside a beautiful river and opposite Kokura Castle.

Original square shape tower design was transformed into sculptural shape that represents a flower native in this area. By having petal-like shapes, apartments can have views to the ocean, the castle, the river and the mountains whilst getting more cross ventilation.

All the apartments were sold before the completion of the project.
