CPC Masterplan

Project Description: Large-scale masterplan which consists of 3 residential towers, 1 hotel tower and 1 office tower.

Towers are located in a circular form with cut-outs on the mass to provide solar access to the central courtyard and maximise view to the city.

It's dynamic and striking forms are covered with sky gardens and terraces that soften the overall mass.
